My first stop was Farmington, ME, where I had the chance to meet with Jean Linehan and several members of the Ripley & Fletcher Used Cars team to review their benefits. A special highlight of the visit was Miss Holly, Jean’s loyal companion, and the official welcoming committee! Ripley & Fletcher Used Cars has proudly partnered with ClaimLinx since July 2020.
April and I made our way to Lancaster, NH, traveling through the stunning White Mountain National Forest. It is an incredible drive through the mountains to visit our friends at PAK Solutions. We came in tow with treats from the local bakery, Polish Princess Bakery.
Just a Midwest girl indulging in some incredible seafood!!! Mussels are one of my favorites when I’m in New England! I love entertaining our customers and taking them to enjoy dinner!

Last week, I conducted a scheduled education meeting with Ohio Semitronics, which included traveling on-site to their location in Hilliard, Ohio. During the visit, I introduced some upcoming changes to their healthcare benefits and provided one-on-one sessions for any team members seeking additional guidance. I also made time available for open questions and discussions to address any concerns.
New hires were in attendance and had the opportunity to receive a comprehensive overview of the ClaimLinx process, from understanding their benefits to gaining broader insight into the insurance industry. The meeting also allowed me to highlight the unique way we support our clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident while receiving ongoing personalized service.
