Amy McDonald is now President of ClaimLinx! This is an exciting development for the company that reflects recent growth and development. Some words from Amy about her promotion:
“I’m incredibly honored and excited to accept the role as President of ClaimLinx. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working with an exceptional team here at ClaimLinx, dedicated to serving our clients & members. I’m grateful for this opportunity and look forward to helping lead our company into this next chapter.
This opportunity is built on more than 25 years of experience in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry, working as Operations & Client Relations Director, both of which have shaped my leadership skills, client service & relationships with staff & clients.
Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. I firmly believe that success begins with people. Whether supporting our employees, partnering with clients, or navigating complex challenges, I strive to lead with empathy, patience, open communication, and a commitment to doing what is right. These values will continue to guide my leadership in this new role.
As President, one of my primary goals is to further strengthen our operations while continuing to support our exceptional team. By taking on additional leadership responsibilities, I will help create greater capacity for our CEO/Owner, Christy Quigley, to focus on strategic initiatives and other key priorities that will drive the future growth and success of our company. “
