It is important for ClaimLinx to have the members’ current addresses on file. As a part of members’ benefits, they receive important communication by mail. Members receive Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and member ID cards, when applicable, in the mail.
By telling us that you have changed your address, we can send the right information to the correct location.
If you are an administrator, do not forget to send any member’s change of address or direct the member to ClaimLinx to update that information.
How to Update Your Address
Option 1: Submit Address Update
Step 1: ClaimLinx now processes address changes through electronic submission. Click here to submit your address change.
Step 2: Wait 5-10 business days for the change of address to be processed. You can check that it has been corrected on the member portal.
Option 2: Send the information on Live Chat
Step 1: Start a Live Chat. ClaimLinx is available to chat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Step 2: Update your address information with a team member. Once they have the correct information, it will be processed.
Option 3: Fill out a change of address form and email it
Step 1: Download and fill out the Address Change Form.
Step 2: After you have completed the form, send it to enrollments@claimlinx.com.
Step 3: Wait for the change to be processed. Check the member portal after 5-10 business days to verify the change has been made.
Option 4: Call our office
- You can also call our office during normal business hours to update the address.
- Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Speak to the Service Department for a change of address.
- Call (800) 858-1772, extension 17 for this department.
Check your Address on the Claims Portal
Not sure what address ClaimLinx has listed? You can see your address listed on the ClaimLinx Member Portal. To view your contact information, login to the portal and click the “Profile” button in the top right corner.

Do not forget to check this information is correct with your primary insurance carrier as well. Check the back of your primary insurance carrier ID card for information on how to do so.
