The ClaimLinx Service Team does regular visits for educating members and/or administrators. We find the more people know about their health benefits, the more they get out of them. This is a service ClaimLinx provides to all of its clients using the ClaimLinx Solution

Our Field Manager Emily Goldsmith shares her most recent travels and experiences of educating our partners about their health insurance coverage. 

Euson Lindsay Visit

Jocelyn Walters (Agent & Broker) and I had the pleasure of visiting David Brown, Benefit Director at Euson Lindsay, to kick off conversations around their upcoming renewal.

We spent time reviewing a proposed timeline of events for all six of their locations across the greater Indianapolis area, making sure everything stays on track for a smooth transition. 

Euson Lindsay has been a valued client since July 2020, and we’re proud to continue delivering both meaningful cost savings and strong benefits for their employees. It’s always a privilege to collaborate with teams who care deeply about their people.

Paragon Metal Fabricators visit

Following the trip from Euson, Jocelyn Walters (Agent & Broker) and I had the opportunity to visit Paragon Metal Fabricators, headquartered in Erlanger, KY. Paragon has been a valued partner since February 2021, and it’s been amazing to watch their growth and continued success.

With their newest expansion into Falmouth, KY, our team was honored to be invited once again to help educate and onboard their newest staff. We visited both the Erlanger and Falmouth locations and had the pleasure of meeting the new employees and walking them through their benefits and the ClaimLinx solution.

We also met with owner Jason Muehlenkamp to review the upcoming renewal and ensure everything is aligned for the year ahead. (Fun fact: Jason is one of three brothers leading the charge at Paragon!)

We’re grateful for the continued trust and partnership. Here’s to more growth and collaboration ahead!

As a Field Service Manager, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is getting out in the field, meeting with our clients face-to-face, and truly understanding their needs. Whether it’s helping to onboard new staff, walking through benefit renewals, or simply being a familiar face and trusted resource.  I love being able to provide meaningful support to both groups and their members.
