The ClaimLinx employer portal is being updated tomorrow, August 8. The new version will have all the same great features and a new look. The new version of the portal is more user-friendly, with an updated interface and enhancements.
The change will occur automatically for all clients. You do not need to do anything to update to the new version. Your company’s employer portal will be transitioned seamlessly at or around 5 p.m. on Thursday. All documents in your portal will be included in the transition.
What is the ClaimLinx Employer Portal?
This is a secure way to download and upload documents for the company’s benefits plan. It is a resource for administrators to access important documents. It is also a way to submit documents to the ClaimLinx team securely. That includes enrollments and terminations, change forms, any additional documentation required for primary insurance, and more.
What can you do on the portal?

Do I need to do anything for the transition?
No, you do not need to take any action to move your company to the new version of the employer portal. All documents will still be available through the login page. Login to the ClaimLinx Employer Portal by going to ClaimLinx.Clinked.com. The change will happen automatically in the portal.
When will the change occur?
The update to the employer portal will occur on Thursday, August 8 at or around 5 p.m. You should not experience a downperiod for the portal. This is a change to the look of the portal and does not affect its functionality.
Why did the change occur?
The main purpose of the update was to make the portal more efficient. The new version also added more features. For example, you can now drag and drop files into the portal.
The ClaimLinx portal update is part of a larger update the vendor is doing for all users. ClaimLinx must migrate to the new version by the end of the month to continue to have access to the system. We are excited about the transition and hope you are too.
