What Is Employee Navigator?
Employee Navigator is a cloud-based software that simplifies how companies manage employee benefits and HR processes. It provides a centralized hub where employees can view their benefit options, enroll online, and make updates throughout the year. For HR teams, it eliminates paperwork, reduces errors, and integrates seamlessly with payroll systems.
Employee Navigator is used by more than 10 million employees and thousands of companies nationwide. Its features include:
- Online benefits enrollment
- Onboarding for new hires
- PTO tracking
- Document storage and sharing
- Integration with payroll systems
At ClaimLinx, we’re building our processes to work directly with Employee Navigator, and we’re looking for companies that want to be among the first to join.
We hope this will help simplify enrollment and will be a solution for clients in need of an HR management system.
Why is ClaimLinx using Employee Navigator?
We’re committed to making benefits management easier for our clients. By using Employee Navigator, we can streamline processes, reduce paperwork, and make enrollment more accessible and transparent for employees. Not to mention, employees’ information is secure and easy to manage.
What is required to get started?
The implementation process will include ClaimLinx collecting additional information about your company’s payroll and structure. That would include information about employee classes, payroll schedules, and plan contributions.
From there, our team will work with you to set up the platform and ensure everything is accurate and ready for enrollment.
Is there a cost to my company?
At this time, we are offering to cover setup costs for companies willing to be early adopters of the platform as part of our phased rollout. ClaimLinx heard from its clients about the struggles with managing payroll, employee changes and general benefit management. This is our solution for our clients.
Will employees be able to enroll in the MERP through Employee Navigator?
Yes. ClaimLinx will be offering a seamless enrollment process. Once a company is set up in Employee Navigator, enrollment and benefit changes can be done through the system. Employee Navigator would become the platform where employees manage their benefits, and where HR teams access necessary tools and documentation.
How long does implementation take?
Implementation typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on company size and the complexity of your benefits structure. We’ll work closely with you every step of the way to meet your preferred timeline.
Can employees make changes mid-year in Employee Navigator?
Yes. Life events such as marriage, birth of a child, or loss of other coverage can be processed through Employee Navigator, with documentation submitted online and approved by your admin team.
Will training be provided?
Absolutely. We provide training materials, videos, and one-on-one support to make sure your HR team and employees feel confident using the platform.
Learning what training is needed is also a part of the early adoption process. We will be looking to you, as experienced administrators, to help us learn what works best.
If you’re interested in learning more or enrolling your company in our Employee Navigator setup, fill out this form and a member of our team will reach out with next steps.
We’re excited about what this tool can offer and are looking forward to working with forward-thinking companies who want to simplify and enhance their benefits process.
