ClaimLinx opens doors to clients and members at new office

Offices are set up, ClaimLinx swag is on display and new signage points visitors in the right direction. ClaimLinx staff has settled at the new office in New Hampshire, which is now available for local members and clients to meet team members.

At this time, this office is open for meetings by appointment only. Owners and administrators in the area can email service@claimlinx.com to contact a team member about setting up an appointment, and local members can email help@claimlinx.com if they need assistance in person.

ClaimLinx opened this office as a way to connect to local clients and become a more active member in the community. We know how important local connections are when it comes to health insurance. Knowing the area hospitals, pharmacies and insurance companies is an important part of our job as consultants.

“People like to know we’re nearby,” ClaimLinx President, Christy Quigley, said. “I’ve already seen a difference when talking to people here now that we have an office in town.”

This office was set up as a home base for service team members when visiting clients and as a resource for the sales team. However, there are no consistent business hours at this time for this location.

National Benefit Consultant, Tom Quigley, said he wanted to add this office, because he saw the same need for creative solutions for rising insurance prices in the area as he first saw in the Cincinnati tri-state area that inspired the ClaimLinx Solution.

To celebrate the new office location and get to know some of the other local business owners, ClaimLinx hosted an open house event on July 26. Outside consultants, members and clients came to the office to share food, drinks and conversation.

“It was great to put a face to the name of some of the people we work with day-to-day, but who I had never gotten the chance to meet before,” Christy Quigley said.

Other activities included giving away a raffle prize to a ClaimLinx member that attended the event.

We hope to host more events at the new location, including a ribbon cutting ceremony organized by the Mount Washington Chamber of Commerce. Continue to follow our updates on this new location through our website and social media.

ClaimLinx office closed on Independence Day

The ClaimLinx office will be closed on Wednesday, July 4 to celebrate Independence Day with friends and family. All inquiries will be returned as soon as possible upon our return.

We hope all our clients and members are able to enjoy the holiday safely with loved ones. Our staff will be attending cookouts, watching fireworks and trying to stay cool in the Summer heat. How will you be spending your Fourth of July? Let us know on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram by tagging @ClaimLinx.

To kick off the celebration, read some interesting facts about the American Independence Day.

  • July 2 may actually be a better date to celebrate. That is when Congress in 1776 ruled in favor of independence from Great Britain.
  • We celebrate on July 4 because that is the date Congress approved the final draft of the Declaration of Independence, written by Thomas Jefferson.
  • The Fourth of July is the biggest hot dog holiday of the year, when Americans consume more than 155 million tasty dogs.
  • People often celebrate with an ice cold beer, but if you want to enjoy the libation-of-choice of the Founding Fathers you should pour a strong rum cocktail.
  • When it was founded, the United States was just a small country of 13 colonies and about 2.5 million people. Now about 326 million people call the U.S. home.
  • Exactly 50 years after finishing the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1826 both Thomas Jefferson and John Adams passed away within hours of each other.
  • The first Independence Day celebration was held on July 8, 1776 in Philadelphia, where the Declaration of Independence was read aloud after calling people to town by ringing the Liberty Bell.
  • Every Fourth of July the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia is tapped 13 times in honor of the 13 original colonies.
  • Only two people signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4 — John Hancock and Charles Thomson. Most other people signed on August 2.

We encourage all of our members and clients to stay safe while celebrating the holiday and we look forward to working with you again when our office is open.

New vision for health benefits arrives in New England

Insurance consultant and agency ClaimLinx offers solutions for spiking insurance premiums

NORTH CONWAY, N.H.June 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — What started as a concept in the heartland about saving businesses money on their health insurance has now grown to a million-dollar solution for companies nationwide. Looking to shake up and break up the insurance industry in the area, ClaimLinx has brought its fresh ideas to a new office in New England.

Insurance agency, business consultant and third-party administrator, ClaimLinx has opened a new location in North Conway, NH meant to be closer to current clients and expand its influence in the community.

ClaimLinx specializes in helping small businesses save money on their health insurance by using a unique strategy for purchasing benefits that combines a high deductible insurance plan with a self-funded health reimbursement arrangement.

In 2017, ClaimLinx helped business owners save an estimated $3.2 million on their health insurance plans without increasing deductibles or employee contributions.

Tom Quigley, National Benefit Consultant at ClaimLinx, said rural, often underserved areas are in need of new ideas like those used at ClaimLinx.

“There’s a lack of creativity in the area so people end up paying higher premiums for worse benefits,” he said.

The company started in 2001 in Cincinnati after founders Christy and Tom Quigley were tired of bringing clients higher and higher rate increases from insurance companies. They decided to change how their clients purchased their health plan, and they have been serving small businesses nationally ever since.

Ideal candidates for the ClaimLinx solution are companies that currently provide a fully insured employer-sponsored plan and have between 10-75 employees. However, the company has recently expanded its offerings to include solutions for individuals and businesses purchasing benefits for the first time.

President of ClaimLinx Christy Quigley said she was especially happy to open this office to improve their presence in the area.

“We’re already seeing a change when working with local companies,” she said. “It was really important to us to be a part of the community up here.”

ClaimLinx will host an open house at the new location for current clients and local business owners to hear how its solution works.  The event will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on July 26 at 24 Reporter Court, North Conway, NH.

ClaimLinx opens new office location in New England

In order to better serve clients’ health insurance needs in the New England area, ClaimLinx has opened a second location in North Conway, New Hampshire.

Situated in the heart of town, just down the road from the train station and community center, ClaimLinx’s new office is a small but mighty addition intended to be a home base for the service team for clients in New England.

It’s been difficult at times to provide the personal service truly desired without a location central to these clients. That’s why President and Owner Christy Quigley said she was so excited to add this location.

“We’re really happy to be a part of the community there,” she said. “We know being local is so important, especially for the people in the area, so we’re so happy to be in the position to add this office.”

It will likely take a few more weeks to become settled in the location. There will also be an open house event for businesses and clients in the area, but the date of that event is still to be determined.

Please note for the future this is a satellite office, so it will not be staffed and open with the same hours as the Cincinnati location. Visits should be made by appointment only until a more consistent schedule has been determined.

Christopher Roach, Business Development Manager for the area, said he especially likes to see ClaimLinx in the center of town.

“You literally couldn’t choose a better location,” he said. “We’re right there, easy to get to, easy to find, easy to come visit.”

Find the new office at: 24 Reporter Court, North Conway, NH 03860.
